RTKLIBは、高須知二先生が作成・公開されている、GNSS（Global Navigation Satellite System）を使用した標準的かつ正確な測位のためのオープンソースプログラムパッケージです。

RTKLIB 2.4.3 b33 （改） とは
高須先生が公開されている RTKLIB 2.4.3 b33 のプログラムソースを変更して、測量現場に特化した機能を追加したものです。変更したプログラムは、rtknavi.exe、rtkplot.exe（rtkplot_gm.htmを含む）、rtkpost.exeです。
主な変更点
rtknavi
平面直角座標による測定値の表示、指定したエポック数の平均値の取得とログの保存（現況測量を想定しています。）、保存したログをSIMAやKMLに変換、測点探索（逆計算）機能の追加などです。
rtkpost
基線解析後、FIX（FIX解のみ）、ALL（全て）、RATIO（設定値以上のもの）の平均値を計算する機能を追加しています。
ファイルを読み込む際のダイアログのフィルターの設定を変更しています。
国土地理院のジオイド高やセミダイナミック補正の測量計算APIを利用するためのURLの生成機能を追加しています。
rtkplot
GoogleMapViewの代わりにLeafletを使用して、地理院地図等のタイル地図を表示します。

Proj4.jsは、データム変換を含む、ある座標系から別の座標系に座標変換するJavaScriptライブラリです。
rtkplot （rtkplot_gm.htm） で緯度・経度<->平面直角座標変換をするためにProj4を使用しています。
